• Retention period : 3 years

And if it is necessary to preserve it in accordance with the relevant laws and regulations, the company keeps the member information for a certain period set by the relevant laws as follows.

Procedure and method of destruction of personal information

 In principle, the company destroys the information without delay after the purpose of collection and use of personal information is achieved. The destruction procedure and method are as follows.

• Destruction procedure : The information entered by the member for membership registration, etc. is transferred to a separate DB after the purpose is achieved (separate filing cabinet in the case of paper) and is scheduled according to internal policy and other information protection reasons according to related laws (refer to retention and use period) It is destroyed after being stored for a period of time. Personal information transferred to a separate DB will not be used for any other purpose other than being retained unless it is required by law.

• Destruction method : Personal information stored in electronic file format is deleted using a technical method that cannot reproduce the record.

Rights of users and their legal representatives and how to exercise them

 This site is not a membership site and only collects information for pure quotation requests and consultation requests without a separate membership registration process. Therefore, if a user has provided information for quotation and consultation request, but requests deletion, you can request deletion from our administrator. In this regard, we will contact the person in charge of personal information management in writing, by phone or e-mail, go through the identity verification process, and then delete it depending on whether it is justifiable.

In addition, if you request correction of errors in personal information, the personal information will not be used until the correction is completed.
